Pet After Death Care Management

The core value of our business is to help families deal with the grief of losing a beloved pet. With over 35 years of experience, we have supported around 40,000 families at their most testing times. We have the resources and experience to deal with every grieving family as the individuals they are and we understand the responsibility to give an outstanding service to those clients you entrust to our care.

We developed this CPD course to support our partners within our industry. Our experience in managing these most delicate situations means we have range of things we can share, to help veterinary professionals support bereaved families more effectively and make use of our resources to augment the service you provide throughout this difficult experience.

The Course

The course takes place in the Pet Cemetery, it lasts up to four hours and includes:
  • Tour of the premises and the story of the Pet Cemetery
  • Exposition on how pet after-death care businesses operate and why
  • The "do's" and "dont's" developed through our experience
  • Case studies on helping customers in critical situations
  • A high tea provided by our Tea Rooms
A certificate of course conclusion is provided by us and it should be valid under the RCVS CPD guidelines as the mandatory CPD for Vets, RVNs and Veterinary Receptionists. To book a course for your clinic or group, call us at the Pet Cemetery or send us an email at [email protected]
