Holywell Pet Funeral Services team were delighted to be invited to the
Tatton Park Dog Fest last weekend. It was an opportunity for us to inform people of the
National Military Working Dogs Memorial (NMWDM) which will be situated on the grounds of our award winning Holywell Pet cemetery site.
It was also an opportunity to offer support to those who had lost their beloved dogs. Our Pet Cemetery is often a place of refuge and comfort for owners. The tea rooms and benches amongst the memorial gardens are a place to remember dogs and our team are well equipped to offer comfort and support where needed.
"It was, by far, the friendliest festival I have ever been to," explains NMWDM founder, Emma Ward. "We received such a warm welcome from all that attended the Dog Fest and great interest in the charity from passers by.
Emma & Becky were delighted that Clare Balding visited the NMWDM stand. "Clare is a truly inspirational woman and even though she was being pulled away by the media team, she made a point of coming over and speaking to the team."
Elaine Cook and her mum, Pat also had the honour of meeting celebrity vet, Noel Fitzpatrick who thanked them for the hard work with the charity.
The team collected £650 over the two days and made some great friends - both the four legged kind and two.
