Pet Funeral Services has continued to operate during the Covid 19 lockdown as we recognise that the service we offer, at the very worst of times, is essential. You can be assured that we are here to help bereaved families, offering a dignified service for your pets in a socially distanced, safe manner. Although the government guidance has led us to close the Tea Rooms, public areas and the Chapel of Rest, we are continuing to offer support when your pet passes away.We have adapted the way we work: we are hand sanitising, wearing PPE and sanitising ashes caskets, personal interactions are taking place outside and we are taking payments over the phone or bank transfer. In this way, families are still able to bring their pets to us and we can collect from home or vet. We are asking that we are contacted directly by telephone so we can manage each interaction safely and we will address your needs without compromising dignity and respect.
